COVID 19 Molina Resources

Stay current with Molina Healthcare changes including Medicare and Medicaid information

During these uncertain days Molina Healthcare would like to share important resources with all and with their community partnersAs the 2019 Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) public health concern grows, these resources can be found at MolinaHealthcare.com/members-wacovid19 and currently include: 

  • Molina cover testing for COVID-19 – When guidelines for testing and have a doctor’s order, this testing can be done in any laboratory location. For now, no charge or a co-pay or cost share for this testing.
  • Molina Medicaid and Marketplace members are strongly encouraged to use their covered telemedicine services, available 24/7 from your phone or computer, before visiting a doctor’s office or urgent care location.
  • Effective Immediately: Marketplace members’ out of pocket will be waived for all virtual urgent care visits.

When there is no access to telemedicine either by phone or internet then There is a federal program that provides Medicaid members with a smart phone and currently includes unlimited texting, 5GB of data (for March and April, then 3GB/month), 350 minutes all at no cost to you. Additionally, You can receive an early refill for 30 days, plus two additional refills, up to a 90-day supply.
